Patricia’s Chocolate is an artisan selection of premier ganache chocolates and caramels. Handcrafted from only the finest domestic and imported French couverture cocoas in the commercial kitchen in her home in Grand Haven, Michigan, there are no artificial flavorings, additives, or preservatives in Patricia’s chocolates.
Trained at the French Pastry School in Chicago, Patricia creates recipes that combine cocoa, fresh butter, and creams with exotic varieties of imported spices, fresh herbs, fruit purees, coffees, teas, and fine liqueurs.
Every beautiful, individually hand-finished palet yields subtle and delicate flavors rarely found in chocolates with such exquisite taste. Unique origami-like boxes finish her product as a perfect gift or special artistic treat.
