Trained by world-class chocolatiers at the French Pastry School and Callebaut Institute in Chicago, Patricia creates recipes that combine cocoa, fresh butter, and creams with exotic varieties of imported spices, fresh herbs, fruit purees, coffees, teas, and fine liqueurs.
