Our Chocolates are made of non-GMO, Fair Trade cocoa mass, sugar, and cocoa butter. White Chocolate is also made with milk powder and milk fat, and Milk Chocolate is made with whole milk and vanilla beans. Sunflower lecithin and natural vanilla are emulsifiers for Patricia’s Chocolate. Ganache is made with heavy cream, unsalted butter, and glucose, and may also include: fruit purees, invert sugar, vanilla bean, coffee, fresh mint, ginger, hazelnut, cinnamon, tea, raisin, peppercorn, lemon, lime, orange, licorice, allspice, honey, cardamom, almond, peppers, lavender, Sorbitol, and less than 1/2 of 1% alcohol. Feuillentine contains wheat flour, coconut, palm oil, whey, salt, barley malt flour and sodium bicarbonate for leavening.
Patricia’s Chocolate contain no preservatives or artificial flavorings.
