At Patricia’s Chocolate, we strive to make sure that all our customers are completely satisfied. We stand behind everything that we make and guarantee that our confections leave our chocolate studio in perfect condition.  However, due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that were not damaged or defective but were spoiled in transit, unless due to improper shipping preparation on our part.  We cannot be responsible for chocolate shipped by us and delivered but not promptly received by the recipient.   For non-perishable items, we will provide refunds or exchanges if you are in any way displeased with the product.  If, for some reason, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at: [email protected] or 616.842.5999.

For items purchased online
We are happy to send you replacement items or to refund the original purchase price for defective or damaged products, but we cannot be held responsible for products spoiled by weather related delays, carrier’s mechanical failure, other acts beyond our control, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the purchaser on the original web order. If you would like to require a signature to insure that the recipient accepts delivery in a timely fashion, please select option this during checkout.

For items purchased at our Grand Haven Atelier du Chocolat

We are happy to provide a replacement item or refund (with original receipt) for damaged or defective items. If possible, please return the remainder of the product in its original packaging. If you have purchased our chocolate with the intention of sending it as a gift, we cannot be held responsible for items which are not shipped by us.
